Has anyone ever forgotten their kids in timeout? I do it often. We actually have the "naughty stair" and all of our kids hate it! They think it is pure torture, which I think is funny because they just have to sit there for a few minutes. Anyway, in this picture Emme was in timeout and I forgot about her, luckily Grant decided to join her and they were having a great time!

This is soooo funny! I'm dying laughing! We have a naughty step too, haven't forgotten him there yet...I'm sure that will come soon.
How in the world do you get your kids to actually SIT on the stair without reminding you that they are there every two seconds??? You must be much better than me at the whole time out thing. What usually happens at our house is that they get themselves off, and I forgot that they were ever "on."
We have the naughty circle! It is this inlayed tile design in the entry way of our house and the kids totally have to go sit on it. I ALWAYS forget and so they usually get up without permission after awhile..or another joins them- or taunts them... but you gotta have something!
I always forget my kids in time out....so they excuse them selves. Kiali is the queen of sneaking off. She will actually crawl away all sneaky like! Or like Kath they finally ask me if their timeout is over and I am thinking...huh what...it's been 1/2 an hour... oops! The step is a good idea because them you can't forget the as easily...or not!?!
